PVSTC is a PRIVATE facility and admittance and use of the facility is subject to PVSTC’s rules, regulations and staff direction. 

·Clubs/teams/players/spectators utilizing the facility agree to follow the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Phase 3 Guidelines.

·Clubs/tournament organizers must provide significant time between training groups or matches to allow groups to exit and enter separately, PVSTC will provide direction to clubs/tournament organizers regarding the location of drop-off and exit gates which must be utilized.

·No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19 or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days is permitted on the premises.

·No athlete will be allowed on the premises if their parent/guardian has not completed the on-line VYSA Waiver prior to first use of the facility during Phase 3.

·No athlete or coach will be allowed on the premises before completing the VYSA pre-play questionnaire during Phase 3 prior to each use of PVSTC.

·Spectators must keep 10 feet of distance from non-family members when observing training or competitions.

·Athletes and coaches must bring individual water bottles which must not be shared. Sharing of equipment should be limited. Players are not allowed to move goals and should keep a distance of 6 feet when not competing or training, Goal celebrations or pre/post-game handshakes, fist bumps etc. are not allowed. Players should refrain from traditional “thanks” to referee crew post-match.

·Adults 18+ MUST wear a mask inside the facility. Players are encouraged to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the facility.

·Non participating minors must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to roam the facility or enter fields either in use or vacant.
